• My first guided meditation was in the eighth grade led by one of my school teachers.
As I moved through different stages of life, something was missing.
I didn’t truly realize it, but some parts of me were unhappy.
It was my wife’s love, wisdom and support that ultimately connected me with a therapist.
Then I began healing childhood wounds and learning the true meaning of self-care.
I learned that wellness was more than meditation—it includes embracing your emotions, healing life’s scars, and showing compassion for yourself and others.
